Ben Diamond

Having graduated from the Modelmaking course at the (then) Arts Institute Bournemouth I went on to work in the Film and Television industry, producing screen-used props for films like Captain America and Pirates of the Caribbean. I have also worked with well known Bournemouth companies Jimmy's Iced Coffee and Conker Gin to supply various large scale maketing items and props.

Since being employed at AUB my work with composite materials has shaped the department over several years and changed what we as an institution can offer our students, giving them access to the newest resins and most up-to-date techniques for composite manufacture. My work had advanced into bio-composites and eco friendly materials R&D, which is disseminated to students through various channels.
