Emily Manns

Emily currently holds the position of Senior Lecturer on BA (Hons) Interior Architecture and Design at Arts University Bournemouth. She has a lengthy background in interior and architectural design, as an accomplished designer (London, Sydney and Bournemouth) and a prior academic lecturer at Coventry University and Associate Lecturer at Solent University.

Before her return in a full-time role, Emily had previously served as a Visiting Tutor at our institution for four years until 2018, and brings a wealth of both practical and academic experience to the studio.

Highly proficient in an array of CAD software and analogue design and making methods, Emily's expertise extends seamlessly into the realm of Spatial Planning and Concept Development. Her passion for Interior and Architectural Design contributes significantly to creating an inspiring learning environment for aspiring designers.
