Gemma Summerell

After completing a BA (Hons) in Textiles at Arts University Bournemouth, Gemma was employed as a Technician Demonstrator within the Foundation Diploma department at the University. She supported and delivered workshops to fashion, costume and textiles students. A few years later, she was appointed as a Technician Demonstrator within the BA (Hons) Textiles course, where she specialised in hand and CAD embroidery delivery.

Gemma now works as the Senior Technician for BA (Hons) Textiles, BA (Hons) Fashion, BA (Hons) Fashion Branding and Communication and MA Digital Fashion Innovation managing the technical staff and resources.
