Giovanna Viscione

Giovanna Viscione is a senior finance leader with 20+ years of international experience working in complex and highly regulated roles in the Financial Services industry. Giovanna gained the majority of her industry experience working for the HSBC Group across Europe, Asia and Africa. Since mid-2023, Giovanna has held the position of Group Financial Controller with the Hiscox Insurance Group.

Giovanna is a driven and committed individual with a proven track record of delivering results, making change and creating value. She has extensive experience of working with regulators, boards and industry experts and is adept at making well-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Giovanna is passionate about the development of people and having lived and worked globally she highly values the benefits of having a diverse, innovative and multi-skilled team.

Giovanna grew up in Surrey, studied at Bournemouth University, then trained and qualified as an Accountant in practice before moving into industry. Giovanna now lives in Surrey and works in central London.
