Having studied a Business and Management degree at the University of Kent, I undertook a HR Assistant placement at outdoor clothing retailer, Musto. Following the completion of my degree I re-joined Musto as a HR Advisor, qualifying for my CIPD Level 5 as part of a HR consultant apprenticeship. Performing HR generalist activities from recruiting, onboarding through to exit, payroll, employee relations. I have experience/knowledge in business restructure activities following the acquisition of Musto by Helly Hansen. Alongside business change activities I also have experience in implementing and maintaining HR systems from intranets, internal communication platforms, staff training programs and payroll/HR platforms. I'm looking forward to using my experience and knowledge in a new environment, having joined AUB in October 2022.
My role at AUB is to support the department's approach to be contemporary and innovative, delivering improvements to our HR systems and data. Providing advice and support to ensure our system design and processes meet the needs of the University, whilst continually adapting to the University and HR teams evolving priorities.
I have a Fine Art A-Level and have recently been learning how to create silver jewellery.
