As HR Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) and Wellbeing Partner, Sarah works as both part of the HR team and cross-functional EDI team. With over 15 years generalist HR experience gained in the private sector, Sarah has attained her level 3 and 5 CIPD qualifications and is currently studying towards the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. As a working parent, Sarah is passionate about supporting diverse and inclusive workplaces, and is looking forward to collaborating with others across the University to introduce positive changes in terms of both EDI and staff wellbeing.
