Simon Hamilton

Simon is a versatile leader with deep experience in strategy and transformation. After graduating with an MA in mathematics from Queens’ College, Cambridge, he spent the first 15 years of his career at global management consultancy Accenture, leading major transformation programmes. Between 2004 and 2011, Simon was transformation director at two Bournemouth-based businesses, Portman Building Society and Liverpool Victoria (LV=). He has spent the last nine years at Nationwide Building Society, holding senior roles in strategy and technology and leading a new business venture. Simon is a Non-Executive Director at the Money and Pensions Service, a public body focused on improving financial wellbeing, and the Devon Partnership NHS Trust. He lives locally in rural Dorset.
