I am the Subject Librarian for the departments of Costume, Fashion, Graphic Design and Visual Communication.
I am a qualified librarian, with a wealth of experience across the sector, having worked within a number of libraries, archives and educational organisations. My research interests include 20th century print culture, fashion publishing in academic spaces and the intersections between dress and documentation.
I am the current book reviews editor of Costume: The Journal of the Costume Society, a biannual dress studies journal published by Edinburgh University Press.
I have a special research interest in fashion publishing and print culture, and 20th century dress history. Previous research has included projects in the intersections of fashion and surrealism, the role of fashion archives in the production of knowledge, and alternative modes of fashion publication.
